Where are your engineers located?

Most of our engineers are based in Ukraine — primarily Kyiv, Lviv, and Kharkiv. Some work from Poland, Portugal, and other EU countries. Everyone works in CET/EET timezones, which gives a solid overlap with both European and US East Coast teams. All engineers work remotely and have stable setups including backup power and internet.
How fast can you provide engineers?

Honestly, it depends on the role. For common stacks (React, Node.js, Python), we can send relevant CVs within 3–5 business days. For niche roles (Rust, specific DevOps setups, ML engineers), it may take 1–2 weeks. We don't rush the matching — sending the wrong person wastes everyone's time. Most engineers start onboarding within 2–3 weeks from initial contact.
What seniority level do you work with?

We primarily work with mid-level (3–5 years) and senior (5+ years) engineers. We don't do juniors for outstaffing — it's not fair to you or to them. Every engineer we propose has at least 3 years of commercial experience and has worked on production projects. For dedicated teams, we include a mix of mid and senior people led by a strong tech lead.
What does the pricing look like?

We work on a monthly rate per engineer. Rates depend on seniority and tech stack, typically ranging from $3,500 to $6,500/month for full-time engagement. No hidden fees, no markups on tools or infrastructure. We share transparent breakdowns on request. Dedicated teams come with a small management overhead on top of individual rates.
What's the difference between outstaffing and a dedicated team?

Outstaffing means the engineer joins your team directly — you assign tasks, manage sprints, and do code reviews yourself. A dedicated team is more hands-off: we provide a team with a tech lead who manages delivery, and you interact at the product level (requirements, demos, feedback). Choose outstaffing if you have strong engineering management. Choose a dedicated team if you want to focus on product and let us handle engineering execution.
What if an engineer doesn't work out?

Every engagement starts with a 2-week trial period. If it's not a fit — for any reason — you don't pay for the trial and we find a replacement. After the trial, we ask for 2 weeks notice to find a proper replacement. It rarely happens (our retention rate is 93%), but when it does, we handle it without drama.
